The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to transfer the petitioner from Central Jail, Hisar-II to District Jail, Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition to enable him to file a fresh representation before the concerned authorities. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that in case a representation is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
