Present revision petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 01.11.2018 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Sangrur, vide which the trial Court allowed the application of the accused for production of documents in case FIR No.11 dated 20.07.2017, under Section 7, 13(2) 88 PC Act, PS Vigilance Bureau Patiala. State counsel submits that given the development in the interregnum which have taken place while the revision was pending, the petition has been rendered infructuous, particularly in the light of the fact that the charges have already been framed. He submits that in the different matter, the petitioner has come up against the charges and the State has right to oppose the said petition for framing of charges. Given above, the present revision petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
