H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Applicant Anjana Kumari, who seeks transfer of divorce petition filed by her husband Rakesh Kumar, against her, pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Yamuna Nagar, to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Jalandhar, is herself residing in London. The plea taken in the application is that she has appointed her aged mother Kusum Lata as her Attorney, who is unable to go to Yamuna Nagar, to attend the dates of hearing. This is not a justifiable reason for transfer of the petition.

Finding no merit in the application, the same stands dismissed.
