  stayed, vide order dated 11.01.2017. A copy thereof is handed over by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Another copy has also been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners, in Court today itself. It is stated that in the said SAO No.97 of 2016, deceased-Lala Ram is the petitioner, who is none other but the father of the petitioners in present writ petition. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their other remedies, in accordance with law, if need arises.
