(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents No.2 to 4 to handover inquiry in case FIR No.119 dated 24.12.2017 registered under Sections 324, 120-B and 34 IPC at Police Station Mallanwal, District Ferozepur to Crime Branch, Chandigarh or some other independent agency. Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been filed against respondent No.6 under Sections 307, 120-B and 34 IPC.
