Vide impugned order, learned d JMIC, Pehow wa permitted the complainant to examine its Clerk Subhash h Chand son of f Sh. Bisesher Dass who made e ntries in the bahi and ledger and d whose name could not be included in the list of witnesses.

None is appearing to prosecute e the petition. Even on the last t date of hearin ng, there was no representation o on behalf of the petitioner.
