This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0006 dated 16.01.2020 registered under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 363, 366 of IPC were added later on) and Section 6 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 at Police Station Chabbewal Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur.
