Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurbachan Singh of Police Station, Amir Khas, District Ferozepur, submits that the prosecution has already concluded its evidence and even the statements of the accused in terms of Section 313, Cr.P.C., have been recorded and the case is fixed for leading defence evidence and arguments.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage.
