This appeal has been preferred by M/s The Hoshiarpur Azad Transport Private Limited against the Award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hoshiarpur dated 26.07.2018 granting recovery rights to the Insurance Company.

FAO No.2222 of 2019 -2The only ground which has been raised in the present appeal is that the driver of the offending vehicle was holding a valid and effective driving licence.

In support of the said ground raised in the appeal the appellant filed two applications for production of additional evidence. The first application filed by the appellant for production of additional evidence was dismissed vide order dated 07.11.2019. The second application filed by the appellant for additional evidence has been dismissed by this Court vide a separate order of even date. There is no evidence available on the record to show that the driver of the offending vehicle was holding a valid and effective driving licence. No other ground has been urged or argued in the present appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed off.
