******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of pre arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 73 dated 01.06.2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, (for short NDPS Act) (Sections 25/29 of NDPS Act added subsequently) at Police Station Harike, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was allowed interim bail vide order dated 19.04.2017, which was conveyed to him but as per instructions received by him, he has not surrendered before Jyoti 2017.07.31 16:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
