(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to make arrest of respondent Nos. 4 to 9 and other accused named in FIR No. 10 dated 28.01.2018 under Sections 120-B, 328, 34, 376 and 506 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Faridabad. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing a representation dated 11.03.2018 (Annexure P-2) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 11.03.2018 (Annexure P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 11.03.2018 (Annexure P-2), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
