**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeks direction against the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepat, for early disposal of his revision. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and going through numerous zimni orders available on record, it has come to the notice of the Court that delay is attributable to both the parties. More than one adjournments were sought on behalf of the petitioner. The case was also transferred to another court, however, learned counsel for the petitioner is not aware at whose instance, it was transferred.

CRM-M-11914 of 2015 (O&M) A close perusal of the zimni orders would show that delay, if any, was on the part of the petitioner as well. It cannot be attributed to the opposite party only. Learned counsel for the petitioner appearing before the learned trial court submitted his written arguments only on 5.1.2015, which is so recorded in the order dated 5.1.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. In view of the above, no case for interference is made out. Dismissed.
