Learned counsel for the respondents states that during the pendency of the present revision petition, the main appeal itself has been dismissed by the Appellate Authority vide order dated 28.01.2025 and that the impugned order has merged in the final order. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a revision petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 28.01.2025 dismissing his appeal and hence he seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to raise all pleas in accordance with law. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
