(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Jagan Nath of Police Station, Bakhshiwala, District Patiala, states that out of ten prosecution witnesses, five have been examined and two have been given up and, as such, only three prosecution witnesses are left to be examined.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
