(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent Mr. Atul Goyal submits that vide orders dated 3.8.2018, the main application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has since been dismissed in default and has placed on record copy of orders to this effect and further states that the application for restoration of this application too stands dismissed vide orders dated 29.10.2018 by the court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh and has placed on record copy of the same. Thus, in the light of the same nothing survives in the present petition and is thus, disposed of as having become infructuous.
