Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking direction to respondent-State to hand over the investigation to some independent agency like Central Bureau of Investigation etc. in FIR No.165, dated 26.06.2007, under Sections 306, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur. Heard.

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Inderjit Singh has submitted that the challan is ready and will be presented in the Court within three weeks from today.
