Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in government service with all consequential benefits as per policy dated 08.11.2011 (P-1) which was amended vide guidelines dated 28.02.2014/03.03.2014 (P-5).
At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner submitted that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, his client would be satisfied in case the legal notice dated 29.01.2022(P-10) is decided expeditiously.

CWP No.5100 of 2022 In view of the agreed stand taken by both sides, but without going into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with direction to respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Mansa, to consider and decide the aforesaid legal notice dated 29.01.2022 (P-10) in accordance with law by passing speaking order within a period of 04 (four) weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
