On asking of the court, Mr. Amritpal Singh Gill, AAG, Punjab, who is present in the Court accepts notice and submits that intimation by Registry informing of fixation of the petition has already been received and record of the case is available with him. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition at this stage. He further submits that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial of the case, where two PWs have already been examined. Dismissed as withdrawn.
