Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.72 dated 30.07.2017 registered under Sections 366 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur; and further quashing of proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
Perusal of order sheets reveals that on 29.07.2019, 06.08.2019 and 06.04.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. On the last date of hearing i.e. 06.04.2022, Registry was also directed to inform private parties and their counsel about the date fixed. 3.
Office report received shows that information letter issued to respondent No.2 has not been received back served or otherwise. It is further reported that information letter issued to respondent No.3 has been received back with the report that he has died. Further, learned counsel for the parties have been informed through e-mail about the date fixed.

However, today no one appears on behalf of the petitioners and respondents No.2 and 3. It seems that neither the petitioners nor their counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition. 5.
