(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 378 dated 12.9.2013 under Section 420/406 IPC registered at Police Station Zirakpur and the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
When this case came up for hearing on 20.4.2015, learned proxy counsel sought and was granted time on the ground that learned arguing counsel for the petitioner was in personal difficulty. On the next date of hearing, i.e. 15.7.2015, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and in the interest of justice, case was adjourned for today. Today again, case has been called twice, but neither anybody has come present on behalf of the petitioner, nor any request for pass over has been made.
