Hardeep Singh v. State Of Punjab & ANR
CRM-M 12939/2016
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH Date of decision:04/05/2016.
Hardeep Singh ............Petitioner vs State of Punjab and another .............Respondent CORAM:- HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Ashish Aggarwal,Advocate for the petitioner. Mr.Kirat Singh Sidhu,DAG Punjab Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of regular bail to accused petitionerHardeep Singh in criminal complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is apparent that the accused-petitioner has twice been declared a P.O., firstly on 5.8.2014 and secondly on 12.10.2015. The complaint pertains to the year 2014. The reason for absence of the petitioner is alleged to be monetary loss and resultant depression. However, no documentary proof in support has been placed on record. In view of the above, no case for grant of indulgence by this Court is made out as the petitioner has concededly misused the concession of bail granted to him on two occasions. At this stage, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
