**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 135 dated 12.10.2015 registered at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 306 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment. This application is pending since May 2016. On the last date of hearing, the petitioner side had not appeared. The petitioner had been arrested on 13.10.2015. Only four witnesses have been examined. The allegations against the petitioner are that he was having illicit relations with some girl and his wife came to know about this and she committed suicide. No case for bail is made out.

Petition is dismissed.
