H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) In view of the ratio of authority State of Madhya Pradesh vs. Pradeep Sharma, 2014 (1) RCR (Criminal) 269, the petition cannot proceed as the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed absconder vide order dated 24.5.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready to pay the cheque amount to the complainant. Under these circumstances, while dismissing the present petition the petitioner is directed to surrender in the trial Court and move an application for regular bail, mentioning the factum of he being ready to pay the cheque amount to the complainant, then the trial Court is to dispose of the application expeditiously in view of such offer made by the petitioner.
