PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been moved for grant for anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.48 dated 25.08.2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Kathgarh, District SBS Nagar.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
There are serious allegations against the petitioner that he along with others has cheated the complainant to the tune of ` 1.07 crores. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the report of a private finger print expert, which cannot be taken into consideration as for its appreciation opportunity is required to be afforded to the concerned party.
