RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of impugned order dated 11.02.2020, Annexure P-7, passed by respondent No.1, whereby the stay application filed by the petitioner is dismissed arbitrarily and illegally. It is further prayed to stay the operation and implementation of impugned order dated 07.01.2020, Annexure P-5 and order dated 11.02.2020, Annexure P-7, passed by respondents No.1 and 2 respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
