(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.1044 dated 27.11.2017 under Sections 34, 406, 498-A IPC registered at Police Station Sector 7, Faridabad, District Faridabad. At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep submits that charges were framed on 16.10.2019 and out of a total of 10 prosecution witnesses, all have been examined and now the case is fixed for 14.05.2025 for defence witnesses. It is further submitted that the trial is at its final stage.
