[1] The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

[2] This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 352 dated 01.10.2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 167 and 409 of IPC and Sections 8, 9 and 13 (1) (c) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station City Civil Line, Jind.

[3] This Court vide order dated 25.02.2020, granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation. [4] Learned State Counsel, on instructions from D.S.P. Sadhu Ram submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.
