(Oral) At the very outset, learned State counsel on instruction from HC Avtar Singh has informed the Court that out of 12 witnesses, 04 have been examined and the next date is 30.11.2016 and on this date, 04 witnesses are to be examined. Further it has been stated that no complaint has been received by the police with respect to threat given to the petitioner.
Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, with a liberty to file a fresh complaint, in accordance with law.
