(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 33 dated 08.03.2017, registered at Police Station Divn. No. 2, Pathankot, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 363/366-A IPC. The allegations against the petitioner that he enticed the daughter of the complainant who was less than 18 years. However, learned counsel stated that complainant and her daughter-prosecutrix both have given statements under Section 164 Cr.P.C that the prosecutrix had gone with the petitioner on her own free will. Learned State counsel is not disputing the above factual position Heard.
