CRM No.M-12031 of 2017 -2learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that FIR has been registered on the written complaint against the present petitioner and Karamjit Singh and Jagmohan Singh. As per the allegations, the accused have committed fraud of `16,35,000/- for sending the complainant, his son and son-in-law to Canada. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that Jagmohan Singh and Karamjit Singh are the main accused. Rather, petitioner is also sufferer. At this stage, there is nothing from which it can be stated that present petitioner is innocent. The petitioner is required for custodial interrogation.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I do not find it a fit case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail.
Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
