As per report dated 20.11.2017 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amritsar, it is informed that neither the petitioner nor respondent No2 appeared on 04.10.2017 for recording of their statements in respect to the settlement in terms of order dated 14.09.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh as and when/if, the complainant comes forward for the settlement.
