Mr.Kirat Singh Sidhu,DAG Punjab assisted by HC Raghubir Kumar Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused petitioner Deepak Kumar @ Goldi in case FIR No.43 dated 8.8.2014 under Sections 420,506,120-B IPC,PS Sadar,Pathankot. As per allegations levelled by complainant-Surinder Kaur petitioner Deepak Kumar @ Goldy along with his co-accused nonapplicant Rajan Sharma had cheated her for a sum of Rs.1.5 lacs on the pretext of sending her son to Iraq.

It is contended that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and on that basis, the co-accused Rajan Sharma has been granted concession of anticipatory bail vide order of even date. Learned State counsel submits that parties have compromised and hence custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.05.28 17:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
