The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of communication dated 22.07.2025 whereby respondent has rejected their request to correct petitioner No.2's date of birth. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that petitioners may be directed to appear before Regional Director, Regional Office, Unique Identification Authority of India at Chandigarh along with birth certificate. The moment they submit birth certificate of petitioner No.2, the competent authority shall carry out necessary amendment in the aadhar card.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid statement 4.
