RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this revision challenge has been laid to the order dated 16.01.2019 whereby the Ist Appellate Court, in appeal filed by the petitioner-accused directed him to deposit half of the principal amount before the trial Court within one month.

Heard.

The impugned order dated 16.01.2019, is modified to the extent that the petitioner is granted 15 days more time from today, to deposit half of the principal amount, before the trial Court, who shall convert the same into STDR, in some nationalized bank fetching maximum rate of interest to save loss of interest to the party, who shall finally be held entitled for the same.

Disposed of.
