MEHTA, J.(Oral) This application has been moved on behalf of the applicantappellant for seeking preponement of the date of hearing in FAO No. 1461 of 2022 from 08.04.2024 to some earlier date and to allow her to withdraw this appeal, with liberty to file a fresh one, while averring that she filed the above-said appeal for seeking enhancement in the amount of compensation, granted to her by the Commissioner under the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923, U.T, Chandigarh, vide ex-parte order dated 03.02.2022 passed in CEC No.08 of 2018 but later-on, respondent No.1 moved an application to set-aside the afore-said ex-parte order which was allowed and now, the above-referred case has been decided afresh vide order dated 26.02.2024 and she wants to file a fresh appeal to assail the said subsequent order.
