These cases involve similar issues and therefore, are being disposed of together by this common order.

Prayer made in the present petitions is to release the retiral benefits of the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had been reverted which was made a subject challenge of a civil suit by him, which stood dismissed. He refers to para 7 of the written statement, wherein it has been stated that pension case of the petitioner is pending consideration. 4.
Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the matter shall be decided in view of the aforesaid facts and if not already, the same shall be finalized within a period of 2 months and in case there is no impediment, the benefit shall be released in 1 month thereafter. However, in the eventuality any decision is averse to the interest of the petitioner, an order HAMANT 2024.08.31 16:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
