Criminal miscellaneous application is allowed and applicant/ respondent No.4 is granted exemption from filing the certified/true translated copies of Annexures-R.1 and R.2.

Cr. Misc. No.14925 of 2016:

This criminal miscellaneous application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by respondent No.4 for recalling the order dated 12.4.2016 vide which petition filed by the petitioners had been disposed of. I have heard leaned counsel for the applicant/respondent No.4 and have gone through the record.

Cr. Misc. No.14924 & 14925 of 2016 in Cr. Misc. No.M-13016 of 2016 [2] recalled, reviewed, altered or modified except for clerical or arithmetical mistake. Otherwise also, while disposing of the main petition vide order dated 12.4.2016, this Court has given directions to the Superintendent of Police, Karnal to get conducted an inquiry on the representation dated 10.4.2016 moved by the petitioners within two months and to take appropriate action, as per law.

No rights of the parties have been decided on merit. Therefore, from the above, I find that this final order disposing of the petition cannot be recalled.

Finding no merit in this criminal miscellaneous application, the same is dismissed.
