**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 73 dated 22.11.2015, registered under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC, Police Station Women Cell, Jalandhar. Report of mediation has not been received.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 14.1.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel submits that recovery of 27 tolas of gold and house hold articles have been effected. He states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
