(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.405 dated 14.11.2021, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 365, 427, 452 and 506 IPC (Sections 325 and 307 IPC added and Section 365 deleted later on), at Police Station Sadar Fatehabadm District Fatehabad.

Vide order dated 10.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Bhoop Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.

CRM-M-10215-2022 -2In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 10.03.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
