**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Malkeet Singh submits that the allegations against the petitioner were for taking Rs. 5 Lakh for sending the complainant abroad and the amount was paid inasmuch as 20 transactions. The investigation also revealed that a sum of Rs.2 Lakh has been returned to the complainant prior to the FIR. He further submits that the petitioner had joined the investigation and custodial interrogation is not required.

Given above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 18.11.2021 is made absolute, subject to the following condition: (i) the petitioner to declare assets, bank account, DEMAT account etc. within 10 working days to the investigator.

In case, petitioner fails to comply with the above condition, State as well as complainant may file application for cancellation of bail.
