HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioners have filed this writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, seeking quashing of Award dated 28.02.2000 (Annexure P-5) (published on 08.09.2000). 2.

A perusal of the case file would show that this writ petition came to be admitted for hearing vide order dated 18.07.2003 passed by a Division Bench of this Court.

When this matter was listed for hearing on 11.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the parties, accordingly notice was issued to the counsel for the petitioners as well as counsel for the respondents, for 17.02.2020.

Thereafter, the matter was listed on 10.05.2022, when the following order was passed:- "There is no representation on behalf of the parties today.

Adjourned to 02.12.2022.

However, no further adjournment shall be granted. Let the intimation regarding the next date of hearing be given to the counsel for the parties. The perusal of the soft copy of this case shows that the writ petition has not been scanned by the office properly. The Registry is directed to ensure that the properly scanned soft copy of the case file is available on the Document Management System (DMS) of this court." 5.

On 02.12.2022, again there was no representation on behalf of the parties and the following order was passed:- "There is no representation on behalf of the parties.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 28.08.2023. An intimation be again sent to counsel for the parties about the next date of hearing."

As per office report, learned counsel has been informed through e-mail, however still there is no representation on behalf of the parties today as well. It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the instant writ petition, accordingly the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. 7.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
