ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.31 dated 27.03.2017 registered under Sections 336, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Phul, District Bathinda.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated04.05.2017, the petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioners are not required for any further investigation. It is further submitted that the police has prepared a cancellation report and the same is pending approval with the Superintendent of Police.
