CRM-7295-2019 Application is allowed, as prayed for, subject to all just exceptions. Order dated 21.01.2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Palwal is taken on record as Annexure P3. CRM-M-8137-2019 Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 359 dated 10.10.2016, registered under Section(s) 13(2) & 3 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was declared as Proclaimed Offender in the above noted FIR vide order dated 10.07.2017 and the said order has already been set aside vide order dated 21.01.2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Palwal. In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions that in case petitioner surrenders befor the learned trial Court and moves an application for bail, the learned trial Judge shall consider the same and release him on bail on furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to his satisfaction.
