(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C read with Section 451 Cr.P.C. is for setting aside the order dated 15.09.2022 (Annexure P-5), vide which the application of the petitioner (Annexure P-4) seeking release of cash amounting to Rs.44,600/- and gold ornaments weighing 10 tolas, recovered during personal search in case FIR No.006 dated 22.01.2022, under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Sekhwan, District Batala, Punjab, was dismissed.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
