This aspect is not disputed by learned State counsel. 5.

Learned counsel for the complainant opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellants and prays for dismissal of the appeal.

6.

During the course of hearing on 07.03.2025 following order was passed: - "2. It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the applicants-appellants that appellants had been granted interim bail and were directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court on 05.03.2025 vide order dated 27.02.2025 passed by this Court. He contends that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the appellants could not surrender before the learned Trial Court. Hence, the instant application.

3. After hearing the respective submissions and in the interest of justice, appellants are again directed to appear and surrender before the learned Trial Court/Judge on duty/Duty Magistrate on or before 18.03.2025 and in that event, learned Trial Court/Judge on duty/Duty Magistrate will admit the appellants on interim bail subject to its satisfaction on their furnishing requisite bail/surety bonds."
