* * * * The case was taken up on 29.05.2013 when counsel for the respondent made a statement that workman has not only been reinstated but his services have also been regularized. Counsel representing the petitioner sought short time to have instructions in the matter. Today, even after a gap of three years counsel for the petitioner is unable to state whether the information given by the counsel representing the workman is factually incorrect. We are of the view that whatsoever was stated by the counsel for the respondent-workman cannot be doubted. This being the position, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
