***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to give petitioner the benefit under EWS (Economic Weaker Section) Category by considering her EWS certificate. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has scored 50 marks in the written examination and has been awarded additional 5 marks under socio economic criteria and thus having aggregate of 55 marks. 3.
Learned State counsel states that the last selected candidate in the category petitioner applied, has secured 57 marks. Thus, as on today, petitioner is not in the zone of consideration.

In the premise, writ petition is disposed of with the expectation that in case the waiting list is maintained by the respondents and it reaches upto the level of marks obtained by the petitioner, her candidature shall be considered in accordance with her position in the merit list. 5.
