ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the answer key (Annexure P-5) uploaded on the website by respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to advertisement dated 20.06.2019 issued by `Haryana Staff Selection Commission', the petitioners applied for the post of Clerk under General category. The petitioners were issued admit cards and hence, they appeared for written examination. The answer key of said examination was uploaded on the website by respondent No.2-Haryana Staff Selection Commission between 11.10.2019 to 15.10.2019. The petitioners being not satisfied with the same, moved a representation dated 07.03.2022 (Annexure P-9), but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

Learned State counsel, on advance service, joins proceedings and states that competent authority shall take appropriate decision on the pending representation dated 07.03.2022 (Annexure P-9). 4.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners also agrees that let a final decision is taken, either way, by the competent authority on the GURPREET KAUR 2022.03.16 15:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioners as per representation dated 07.03.2022 (Annexure P-9) and keeping in view the contention raised in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible. 8.
Disposed of accordingly.
