The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 04 dated 03.01.2024 under Sections 389, 420, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar. 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate of the petitioner, which is taken on record. 3.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 4.
