(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the respondents have passed an order dated 03.11.2023 (Annexure R-1) declining the claim of the petitioner for regularization which order needs to be challenged so as to claim the benefit of regularization, hence the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh one challenging the said order dated 03.11.2023 (Annexure R-1) Ordered accordingly.
